1. Check in after 4pm ONLY
You may not gain access to the property before 4pm, Allow us time to prepare your cabin

The Cabin is nestled on a 67 acre estate, you are more than welcome to Familiarize yourself with the area and explore the creek, woods, and trails we have

Unregistered Guests; Each Guest must be registered prior to Check In on the AirBnb App, Maximum of 52 Guests allowed for the entire cabin. Failure to Comply will result in subsequent fines. If you need to add guests, you may contact us to discuss accommodation
Flushing anything Except toilet Paper: The septic system is very fragile, No Flushable Wet wipes
Please keep all doors shut at all times
Do not change thermostat temperatures, otherwise it will not work properly.
White towels are indoor/after shower use only.

Explore the property; Cabin is part of 67 acre estate, You can walk around property, creek. Use deck, fire pit.
Park Only where designated. You have reserved parking on the pad next to cabins.

Checkout Procedure
Check out no later than 11am
Take trash to the red dumpster by the barn in back
Pick up all trash outside and make sure the premises are clean
Dishwasher must be loaded and cycle started
All Appliances Must be wiped down
Doors Must be Locked upon Departure
Leave Thermostat at 71 During winter (Nov-March) and 75 During Summer (Apr-Oct)
Linens: Do not strip Linens, Leave on beds
Towels: Leave all used towels and cloths in bathtub
Turn off all lights, coffee makers, and other small appliances.
If you used appliances, please wipe them. Oven must be washed and cleaned from all spills, fridge must be empty and wiped, microwave must be cleaned from all spills.
